To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend booking in advance.

To enhance your spa experience with The Seven Chakras Spa & Wellbeing, we advise you to be ready at least 10 minutes before your experience is scheduled to begin. 

We will need enough space to set up the portable massage bed and Spa amenities. You can choose to have the treatments done in the garden, poolside, living room or bedroom. Choice is yours!

Please be aware that any delay from your end may reduce your treatment time and the full value of your treatment will be charged. As a courtesy to the next guest, your appointment will end as originally scheduled.

Our services can be experienced 7 days a week and our operating hours are: 

Monday – Friday 07:00 – 23:00   |   Saturday  06:00 – 23:30

Sunday  06:00 – 23:00

When making a reservation, kindly inform the Customer Service Experts at The Seven Chakras Spa & Wellbeing, of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries or disabilities you may have.

We have exclusive treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow our experts to help you select the treatments most suitable for you during this special time.

Gift vouchers are an ideal present for that special someone and are available for all of our treatments and products. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of treatment or purchase. They are also available to purchase online and you can treat someone to an e-gift voucher to use at The Seven Chakras Spa & Wellbeing

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the reception at The Seven Chakras Spa & Wellbeing at least 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that there is a 100% charge for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Full payment of your treatment will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee and secure your appointment.

We want to ensure that your home spa environment is a haven of relaxation and tranquillity. We recommend that all mobile phones and electronic devices are switched to silent or turned off. During all treatments, your body is fully draped, except for the area that is being worked on. 

We will provide towels, shower caps, disposable underwear and all amenities required for use during your Home Spa Experience.

All our treatments can be enjoyed by both male and female guests; however, the gender of the therapist will always be that of the guest. We recommend you shower off any creams and oils prior to your treatment to allow better absorption of the products applied.

For men, shaving two hours before having a facial is recommended, but it is not essential. This ensures maximum comfort and benefit to the skin.

The Seven Chakras Spa & Wellbeing delivers a very individual experience. It is your time and we wish to ensure you enjoy the experience to the fullest. We will be happy to make adjustments to suit your specific requirements and needs, tailoring the treatments to your age, skin type and preferences. Please let your therapist know if there is any way that she or he can improve your treatment or comfort at any time.
